Whitman was forced to appear to commit the tragic act by a combination of factors, including the tumor in the brain which is not exposed tumultuous family life. Sense of alienation from his peers is also a common factor between stimulating the perpetrators of the shooting school, including the Columbine High massacre in 1999.
