Jon Stewart Obama

He welcomed the John Stewart Daily Show has taken on the way to Washington DC to cover the midterm elections, and last night, 27 October, a very special guest – President Barack Obama! There were quite a few laughs, but mostly to interview Obama, John Stewart and all the work.
One may say Barack Obama was preaching to the choir that are on show daily in liberal thought, John Stuart was thrilled clearly that the president is in the house, but that does not mean that Stewart was about to take it easy on Obama.
“Ran the letter is very high, ‘hope and change,” Stewart only. “Democrats are now working on ‘please baby one more chance.’ Are you disappointed in how it’s gone you be surprised that others – could be disappointed” – even your base?
Obama said that you have been warned to expect this reaction from two years ago, while also admitted that he expected to be hit when the nation of 9,6% unemployment, and slow-growing economy and houses flooded.
“But having said that, and I look forward during the past 18 months and I say, ‘prevented the second Great Depression, I have settled in the economy – an economy that was increasingly shrinking now – and we passed historic health care reform and the historical financial regulatory reform, we did things that Some people do not even know about. ”
These achievements included the less adopted a program of health insurance for children, and expand national service and repair of a credit card.
“I think most Democrats are expected [and] we want to see more progress,” Obama admitted. “… But in very difficult circumstances, we did an awful lot that we talked about during the election campaign, and we will do more in the coming years.
Stewart went to the challenge, which ran in while Obama “Audacity”, delivered at the end of the day, “timid” health care reform. It is clear that the idea of President tired of hearing.
“I’ve got 30 million people who receive health insurance,” Obama responded. “I’ve got a Bill the patient’s rights that ensure that insurance companies can not drop you when you get sick, and make sure there are no limits to life, and makes sure that children who do not have health insurance can stay on their parents’ insurance until they 26, and reduce the deficit by more than a trillion dollars, and this is what I think most people will say, as an important piece of legislation as we saw in the history of this country … and those areas that were controlled by us during the process, and we really changes. ”
President Stuart said he had given his campaign in the hope that we fix on a very basic level, but it looked like politics as usual. Insurance system, for example, did not get the overhaul, but more Band / AIDS.
“Over the past two years, in case of emergency our fundamental position is, ‘I’ve gotta get some things, in some cases quickly,” objected to Obama. “In order to do so, and worked mainly in the process instead of turning this process – and there is no doubt that it frustrates people frustrated me.”
It is clear that most of the part that frustrates President disruption is the scene that gets in the way of progress on Capitol Hill. He also called for some of the issues that need attention and feel the work, such as energy, immigration reform and job creation.
“There are a lot of people who are worried that if we do not make serious investments in education, energy, infrastructure, research and development, we will start fallin ‘behind,” said Obama.
However, it was The Daily Show of time. Obama’s message was the final reminder of the Americans to get out and vote on Tuesday.
