Rand Paul Fumes in Year's Most Vicious Senate Debate

Finally, a bit of Ultraviolence the ol 'in 2010 Debate Season: Kentucky Senate candidates Jack Conway and Paul Rand came close to fisticuffs last night, after the release of incendiary attack ad questioning of Paul Conway Christianity. Bloodbath highlights, below.
Conway brought a trippy ad a few days ago based on the infamous "Aqua Buddha" story about how college-age Paul Rand, as part of a secularist Baylor University club that mocks high school religiosity once abducted (-ish) a female student, tried to get her high, and made her worship the god creek "Aqua Buddha." We had thought it was one of those stupid college that's funny to remember during the campaign season, but not really, but Jack Conway used in its advertising as a not-so-subtle way of questioning Christianity Rand Paul's. It is unclear whether this will backfire on either Conway or successfully smear Paul. It's definitely aggressive! Jesus is a big deal for many Kentucky voters.
So it became very nasty during the debate last night. Conway looked uncomfortable working this inflammatory line of personal attack, he committed to. And Rand Paul is one of the more humorless people on Earth.
A sampling:
Conway declined to say whether Paul is a "good Christian" (as one of the moderators of the debate has been said), but said the ad was not about the faith of Paul.
Values matter, "said Conway." Why he has a free group known for mocking or making fun of people of faith to conclude? And secondly, when is it ever a good idea to tie a woman and asks her to kneel before a false idol called Aqua Buddha? "
Paul never once these two questions, and attacked all of Conway, it seemed, with the guts to ask them.
You know how we know when you lie? "Paul said Conway." Your lips move. You accuse me of crimes. Do you know anything about the process? You're going to stand there and accuse me of a crime of 30 years ago from some anonymous source? How ridiculous are you? You fool of this race. "
You really have no shame, do you? "Paul added.
