National Boss’s Day

National Boss’s Day (or Bosses Day “) is traditionally held every October 16, but since that one Saturday this year, in 2010 a party today.
There are many ways for you to extend gratitude to your current landlord or a previous management. Of course, there are many different types of bosses, each with their own management styles, but what type of boss is the best?
According to The Chicago Tribune, a good boss listens well enough that he was the problem before it turns into a crisis like. For the record, the National Bosses Day is celebrated on October 16, but since tomorrow is Saturday, we celebrate this day. A traditional one day for employees to thank their boss for his kind and clean throughout the year. Personally I thin it’s just another Hallmark holiday.
Anyway – I must admit, I have nothing against “National Boss’s Day, but it is not a holiday I have etched on the front of my mind, either, or one that I would ever remember the date (the October 16 is in the U.S. apparently) without much help. When it rolls around, I think I can get by with a “Hey” Happy Boss’s Day Dude (or Dudette) when I see them passing in the hallway. I do not feel the need for 365 days per deep appreciation coming years.
